1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BD AI Playground ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BD AI Playground regarding your use of the Platform, its features, and its content.
2 Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to use our services:

- Trusted Devices: Monitoring and managing the devices you have authorized for account access.
- Reporting Breaches: Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and regularly reviewing trusted devices to protect your account from unauthorized access.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform in any way that:
- Violates any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts.
- Distributes malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Conducts spam, phishing, or other malicious activities.
- Harasses, threatens, or abuses other users of the Platform.
- Disrupts, interferes with, or overloads the Platform's infrastructure.
- Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform.
5 Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, code, and material on BD AI Playground are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Our Content: The BD AI Playground branding, logo, design, and platform features are protected.
- User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit; however, you grant us a limited license to display and operate it.
- Open-Source Components: Certain components may be governed by their own open-source licenses.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or redistributed without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
6 Disclaimers & Disclaimer of Warranties
BD AI Playground is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- We do not warrant that results from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
- We do not warrant the quality of any product, service, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you.
- Artificial intelligence outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. Use them with discretion.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BD AI Playground, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
- Any claims arising out of the content of user-generated material.
- Unauthorized access to your transmissions or data.
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you through the Platform during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or BDT 1,000, whichever is greater.
8 Changes to the Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform—including features, projects, or services—at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspension, or discontinuation of any part of the Platform.
9 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.
- You may stop using the Platform at any time.
- You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
- Certain obligations and sections of these terms will survive termination.
10 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
11 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
12 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BD AI Playground concerning your use of the Platform.
